Why Alyosha Needs a Stellar-Conduct Enabler

Alyosha's Skill and Burst depend on the team constantly generating Stellar-Conduct reactions. So what happens if someone tries to slot him into a generic Electro-Charged or Superconduct team? His kit quietly loses most of its value. Unlike older 4-star units that can fit into many archetypes, Alyosha is not a universal flex pick.

As of version 7.0, only three reliable Stellar-Conduct enablers are available: Odette, Sandrone, and Cryo MC. Sandrone is the premium option, Cryo MC is the free-to-play pick, and Odette fills a flexible support slot. Alyosha's job is to amplify whatever those characters start.

Premium Team: Alyosha + Odette + Sandrone + Yae Miko

This is the lineup where Alyosha's full kit shines. Sandrone takes the main DPS role while Odette buffs and triggers Stellar-Conduct during her shorter field time. Yae Miko supplies reliable off-field Electro application, which matters because Alyosha's own Electro application is not consistent enough to carry the reaction alone.

In practice, Alyosha barely spends time on-field. He uses his Elemental Skill and Burst, summons his trusted companion, and leaves. The companion attacks enemies while increasing the team's ATK and Elemental Mastery. Is this comp expensive? Yes, but it is also the most polished version of Alyosha's game plan. If a player has his sixth constellation, this premium lineup becomes even stronger.

Electro DPS Team: Alyosha + Cyno + Odette + Qiqi

Alyosha can support an Electro DPS like Cyno, but Cyno cannot enable Stellar-Conduct by himself. Odette or Cryo MC must cover that role. Qiqi handles sustain while Cyno stays on-field.

Because Odette enables and enhances Stellar-Conduct alongside Alyosha and Qiqi, Cyno can spend his entire Elemental Burst duration inside a buffed window. The caveat is that Cyno's long Burst requires the team to cooperate. If a player does not want to build around that, another Electro DPS can be substituted.

Cryo DPS Team: Alyosha + Wriothesley + Odette/Cryo MC + Beidou

Alyosha also works with a Cryo DPS like Wriothesley. He still needs Odette or Cryo MC to enable Stellar-Conduct, but once that piece is covered, the rotation feels much more flexible than Cyno's version. Wriothesley does not have a Burst duration that needs protection, so he can enter and leave the field freely.

Beidou is a solid fourth slot because she can buff Stellar-Conduct reactions while providing a shield. If more healing is needed, Qiqi remains an option, but Beidou's offensive utility usually fits better.

F2P Team: Alyosha + Cryo MC + Beidou + Diona

For free-to-play players, Cryo MC is the only free Stellar-Conduct enabler as of version 7.0. In this comp, Cryo MC acts as the main DPS, Alyosha and Beidou operate as Sub-DPS units to enable Electro, and Diona provides shielding, healing, and Elemental Mastery buffs.

Want more reaction variety? Replace Beidou or Diona with Fischl, Prune, or Sucrose. Those three trigger the Hexerei buff and provide off-field Electro and Anemo application, letting the team proc Stellar-Conduct and Stellar-Swirl consistently while Cryo MC stays on-field applying Cryo.

Should Players Build Alyosha?

Alyosha is a character who lives and dies by his team composition. If someone already has Odette, Sandrone, or Cryo MC, Alyosha can become a strong off-field enabler. Without one of those characters, he is not worth building around. The best approach is simple: start with the F2P team on a budget, then move to the premium lineup when chasing his top performance.
